Val O’Brien (Director)

Val has over 14 years’ experience in financial consulting, management, and advisory roles within a wide range of sectors and has advised on a number of valuations, due diligence, restructuring and strategic growth projects.

Recently, Val has played key consulting roles for transactions that include the sale of a Central Bank regulated company for a sales price in excess of €50 million and the listing of an Irish based exploration company on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Val is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Economics & Finance) from University College Dublin.

Patrick O’Leary (Director)

Patrick is a finance professional with 18 years’ experience in financial analysis, planning and reporting with a background in business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and property investing.

Patrick has advised investors in Ireland, mainland Europe and the UK regarding investment opportunities, portfolio management and tax structures. He has sourced and executed deals in excess of €250 million in retail, healthcare, logistics, renewables, technology, residential property and commercial property sectors over the last number of years.

Patrick is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Economics) from University College Dublin.

Stephen O’Connor (Financial Controller)

Stephen is an accountant with 12 years’ experience working in practice and 8 years’ experience in industry including with US multinationals and Semi-State Agencies.

Stephen has a keen interest in technology. Stephen has worked on many finance and technology projects including the implementation of operating systems, CRM/Salesforce administration, Oracle migration and integration projects.
